Job Description
- Preparation of architectural drawings, working drawings.
- Proficiency in preparation of municipal drawings and its rules.
- Periodic site visit and supervision.
- Good Knowledge of 3D visualization and implementation.
- Good Communication skills
Job Specification
- Strong ACAD knowledge
- Must produce correct and neat detail drawings for various clients while meeting all scheduled deadlines.
- Architectural design, detailing and documentation on projects.
- Developing and coordinating construction documentation on projects.
- Preparation of 3D visualizations.
- Ability to go on site visits to sketch and measure spaces.
Software SKills:
- ACAD
- Google sketch up
- Microsoft Office
- Lumion preferred
- Adobe CS preferred but not required
