  • Preparing daily reports and maintaining books of accounts
  • Prepare weekly payment statements and communicate with necessary
  • Prepare deposit slips, payment slips and transfers
  • Process invoices and track bank deposits and payments
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Calculate tax and other deductions
  • Create financial documents and its proper handling
  • Assist in financial audits
  • Ensure compliance with Govt. rules
  • Undertake any other duties as directed

  • Proven work experience of minimum 1 year as an Account Officer or similar role
  •  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management
  •  Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures,
  •  Knowledge of latest amendments in Tax Law,
  • Cash handling skills,
  • Strong ethics to manage confidential data
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
