Job Description
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
- Maintain and check petty cash & reconcile it.
- Verifying bank deposits.
- Managing day-to-day transactions.
- Ensure day to day activites related to account.
- Give proper reporting, gathering market data to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.
- Ensuring maximum brand exposure and yield.
- Implement all market activation activities in order to achieve impact at point of purchase.
Job Specification
- Good Skills with Microsoft Office & Accounting software.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Strong Book-keeping Skills.
- Client relationship building and social skills.
- Be independent and self-motivated.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Capable of dealing with customers.
Note : Two wheeler bike/license compulsory.
