Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's strategic goals and objectives, aligning them with industry trends and market demands.
- Provide vision and direction to all departments, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, diversification, and innovation.
- Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to industry standards.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain activities to meet customer demands.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives, conducting risk assessments and financial forecasting.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Oversee all account teams, coordinate with CA and auditor.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads, fostering their professional growth
Job Specification
- At least bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in a senior management role within themanufacturing industry, preferably on water tanks, pipes, other hardware manufacturing companies.
- Moderately tech savvy, takes technology to its advantage to achieve efficiency.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions
