Job Description
Monitor and maintain all process parameters within standard limits.
Verify variety-wise ingredients, INPM changes and batch codes.
Control raw material usage and quantities in production.
Implement and maintain GMP standards for packaging, storage and material handling.
Conduct inspections and analysis of raw materials.
Identify, hold and report defective products and Perform sensory analysis.
Implement product improvements based on sensory feedback, Lead KAIZEN initiatives for process/productivity improvements.
Maintain all FSMS (ISO 22000:2018) documentation, Implement and sustain 5S methodology.
Job Specification
Minimum 4 to 5 year of relevant experience in quality assurance and control preference will be given to FMCG Industries.
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in food technology, Food Science, or related fields.
