Job Description
International Healthy Home Pvt. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Warehouse/Inventory Officer to manage financial operations, maintain inventory records, and support smooth interdepartmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Invoice Management: Generate and process invoices for clients and franchises; ensure timely payments.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor operational expenses, categorize costs, and report variances or unexpected expenditures.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and match receipts to payments for accurate accounting.
- Payroll Assistance: Assist in preparing payroll records and ensure timely payment of wages and deductions.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Track and manage receivables and payables, coordinating with vendors and customers.
- Tax Filing Assistance: Support preparation of tax-related documents for periodic filing.
- Financial Reporting: Compile financial statements and submit monthly reports to management.
- Data Entry: Enter financial data into the Busy system accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities:
- Stock Level Monitoring: Regularly check and document stock levels for all products.
- Inventory Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of stock-in, stock-out, damaged goods, and reorders.
- Coordination with Production: Work with the Production & Supply Chain Manager to ensure inventory meets demand.
- Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct periodic audits, reconcile discrepancies, and update records as necessary.
- Procurement Support: Assist in verifying received goods against purchase orders and tracking pending items.
- Warehouse Organization: Organize products in the warehouse for accessibility and efficient dispatch using FIFO methods.
- Stock Movement Records: Track and document all stock movements, including returns or damaged items.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain Teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Provide regular updates on financial status, inventory, and any operational issues to management.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payments, outstanding invoices, and reconciliations.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (BBA-BI, BBS) or master’s in finance; ACCA certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience as a Finance Officer or in Finance-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with financial software (Busy preferred) and inventory management processes.
