Job Description
- Manage and handle company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and professional content.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Draft and send professional emails with accuracy and good English proficiency.
- Support in digital marketing activities and promote company services online.
- Maintain proper documentation and basic computer records.
Job Specification
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong email drafting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, internet, social media tools).
- Must be responsive and professional in handling client inquiries.
- Ability to ride a scooter (with valid license).
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and good interpersonal skills.
- Must have two wheeler license
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
