Job Description
The Brand and Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing brand communication, digital presence, internal and external events, and strategic collaborations. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to execute branding initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Communication
Coordinate with the Brand Manager, Brand Ambassador, and Director of Sales to align all branding initiatives, campaigns, launches, and storytelling strategies.
Maintain and execute the annual branding and marketing campaign calendar.
Develop compelling product storytelling aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
Finalize monthly content calendars for Apala, Brand Ambassador platforms, newsletters, and blogs in collaboration with Brand Manager.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
Digital & Social Media Management
Manage Apala’s digital presence including scheduling posts, caption development, and engagement monitoring.
Strategically select products for paid promotions and prepare monthly boosting plans.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and maintain the Social Media calendar.
Monitor and respond to Google My Business reviews and customer interactions.
Prepare weekly/quarterly digital performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.
Event Planning & Execution (Internal & External)
Plan and execute internal events (team events, product launches, training sessions) and external events (exhibitions, pop-ups, influencer events).
Develop event concepts, themes, and execution timelines.
Coordinate vendors, venues, décor, gifting, and logistics.
Manage event budgets and post-event reporting.
Ensure all branding materials and resources are prepared in advance.
Conduct post-event evaluations and performance analysis.
Collaboration & Partnership Management
Research and identify potential collaboration opportunities with influencers, designers, and brands.
Evaluate collaboration proposals based on brand alignment, audience reach, and ROI.
Prepare proposal analysis reports and recommendations for management approval.
Manage communication and execution of approved collaborations.
Maintain collaboration tracking records and submit performance reports.
Photoshoot & Creative Coordination
Plan and schedule photoshoots and coordinate with studios and creative teams.
Assist in outfit styling and jewelry selection.
Maintain accurate jewelry logs for all items used in shoots and collaborations.
Ensure proper tracking and safe return of jewelry inventory.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Management, Business, or related field preferred).
2–3 years of experience in branding, social media management, or event management.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: NPR 35,000 – 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
Performance-based incentive/bonus after 6 months of joining, aligned with Apala Jewels’ company policy.
