Job Description
- Proficiency in Java
- Some knowledge of Kotlin will be extremely beneficial
- Strong knowledge of OOP, Google Maps API, JSON and SQL
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Ability to effectively use GIT
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay abreast of best practices by researching new tools and techniques
- Must be able to stay on top of advancing internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment
- Must be thorough and precise in their work
- Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent logical and analytical skills
