Job Description

Act as the principal contact among the Sales Department, potential customers, and top management.

Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, and selling additional services when appropriate.

Maintain good client relationship and ensure brand loyalty.

Help management develop effective marketing strategies by giving inputs.

Ensure after sales services as well [Ensuring each customer is aligned with after sales service and provide necessary support when required.
