Job Description
We are looking for friendly and hardworking candidates to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will help customers with their orders, answer questions, and make sure they have a smooth and happy experience shopping at Giftmandu.
This job is suitable for fresh graduates or students currently doing their bachelor’s degree.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Help customers place orders and track their deliveries
- Provide clear and polite communication
- Solve basic customer issues with patience
- Coordinate with the delivery and packing team when needed
- Maintain simple records of customer inquiries
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s completed or currently studying
- Good English and Nepali communication skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet browsing)
- Polite, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Ability to work calmly during busy hours
- Customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Hours flexibility
