Job Description
- Maintain and organize inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock in the system accurately.
- Prepare and update stock reports regularly for management.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
- Coordinate with the production and sales team for smooth flow of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages in advance.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.
- Support in audits and physical stock verification.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) education; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Completed basic computer course with strong command of MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to perform under pressure with effective time management.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in storekeeping or inventory management is an advantage.
