Job Description

Lead and oversee the entire service department of company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of service solutions.
Develop and execute service strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Manage a team of service managers, engineers, and technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
Analyze service operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Prepare and present service reports and updates to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service management.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3- 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the service industry, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
