Position: Manager- Sales and Marketing (Hot Job)

Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to meet the company objectives.
Plan and monitor the advertising and promotional activities.
Build and maintain dealer and distribution network.
Conduct regular market visits to track sales and distribution network.
Business development activities and continuously look for new prospects and competitor’s activity.
Market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and targets.
Lead sales and marketing team.
Maintain stock and availability.
Achieve turnover and targets
Staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Other duties as per business need.

Minimum Bachelor (master’s Preferred) in any field with a minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing experience.
Ideally from computer & peripherals industry.
Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Comfortable working with emails.
Candidates with 2 wheeler will be preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
