Job Description
- Preparing and costing the itineraries regarding tour, trekking, expeditions etc
- Managing overall paperwork’s of the travel department
- Dealing with occurring travel problems & complaints
- Dealing with visit visa application of the clients and team members
- Handling mails and correspondence
- Dealing with the reservation of hotels, vehicles and necessary support for trekking, tour, expedition etc
Job Specification
- Should be well experience to handle the inquiries from foreign clients as well as domestic clients
- Should be qualified candidate with a strong personality
- Excellent Communication & PR Skills
- Ability to work with positive attitudes
- Ability to plan and execute the given tasks
