Job Description
- Ensure smooth and well functioning administrative management system including procurement and logistics system of HELVITAS Swiss Interco-operation Nepal as per the organizational policy manuals.
Job Specification
- Master's degree in business/administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Experience leading the national/international procurement process and logistics management of the organization preferably in I/NGO
- Experience working with the government officals especially for securing visas for international personnel VAT refund and custom clearence
- Good understanding of VAT/Tax rules
- Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion and poverty reduction.
