Position: Sales Officer (Hot Job)

Job Description

• You will work in the sales &marketingdepartment and are responsible for reaching the monthly sales targets set by management.
• You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, by using the appropriate acquisition methods such as cold canvas telephone sales, direct marketing, advertisements and visiting trade fairs and agricultural conventions throughout Nepal.
• You will be responsible to follow up old customers and maintain good customer relationships under the Biocomp Nepal name.
• You will be responsible for the monthly sales reporting process, i.e. manage the data entry in the sales order administration, have frequent progress meetings with the Sales & Marketing Manager in the head office and provide monthly sales reports.
• You will agree to accept predefined annual and monthly sales targets, the accomplishment of which may influence your monthly remuneration.
• Responsible for sales and distribution/ Payment Collection/ Visibility in the Departmental stores.

Job Specification

• You should be a Minimum +2/ Intermediate or bachelor running in any discipline (Preferably bachelors in marketing specialized)
• Minimum six months work experience in sales/Agriculture Fields/Private Company.
• You should have affinity with agriculture, alternative energy and recycling.
• You should have a proactive, positive, ‘go get’ attitude.
• You should have a good Communication& Interpersonal skills.
• You should have own Motor Bike & Driving Licence.

Remuneration

We will provide the Sales Officer of Biocomp Nepal,

• A starting Salary of NRs. 15,000 to 25,000 per month, subject to income tax.
• A Biocomp telephone sim card.
• Travelling costs will be reimbursed.
