Job Description
- The Human Resource Assistant shall ensure maintenance of HR related data/information, provide efficient support in day to day HROD department operations and facilitate the implementation of HROD policy and systems.
Job Specification
Key qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant field from a recognized University
- At least 3-4-year work experience in related field in similar organization
- 1-2-year work experience in similar role
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in English language and fluency in written and spoken Nepali
