• Sourcing and Screening Of Candidates.
• Responsible for End to End recruitment.
• Candidate should have good communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
• Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
• Optimal use of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc.
• The
  initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client
  requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience and
  Education.
• Coordinating with Client & candidates for a smooth flow of selection process (Interviews/ test / and other rounds).
• Once offered a follow-up with them to ensure joining.
• Must be smart and dedicated to work.
