Job Description
  • Receiving and Screening phone calls and redirecting them as appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing/incoming/ correspondence(email, letters etc)
  • Maintaining Executive's agenda and assist in Planning, appointments, Meeting, Conference etc.
  • Maintain Records ensuring information organized and easily accessible.
Job Specification
  • Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • One year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education/secretarial course and work related experience
  • Result oriented and passionate about the job.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office system. Good command in English having perfect writing skills is a must.
