Job Description
We are seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Licensed Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Nepal’s culture, history, and natural beauty, and capable of delivering engaging and informative experiences to both domestic and international travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide local and international tourists throughout their travel itineraries.
- Provide accurate and engaging commentary on Nepal’s history, culture, and heritage sites.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests during tours.
- Coordinate logistics with the operations team for smooth tour execution.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance with professionalism and courtesy.
- Represent the company in a positive and hospitable manner at all times.
Job Specification
- Valid Tour Guide License issued by the Department of Tourism, Nepal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of major tourism destinations across Nepal.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to handle extended travel and outdoor activities.
