Job Description
- Bachelor's in Tourism with more than 1 year of prioritized travel experience.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Handle overall sales file with coordinating different departments.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for support.
- Provide regular reports on outreach and performance.
Job Specification
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
