Job Description
Human Resource Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process including pre-selection, preliminary interviews, and reporting to management
- Organize final interviews with departmental heads and top management
- Coordinate formal training programs and structured onboarding for new staff
- Manage structured staff placement and orientation
- Prepare and execute periodic employee appraisals in coordination with department supervisors
- Maintain HR records, enforce company policies, and ensure labor law compliance
Administration Management:
- Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, purchasing, and store handling
- Manage temporary appointments and contract staff
- Oversee stationery and general store inventory
- Keep accurate records of all company assets, furniture, and fixtures
- Handle general administration reporting (daily, monthly) to management
Government & Compliance Liaison:
- Coordinate with government offices for company registration renewals, fee payments, and official documentation
- Ensure timely handling of licenses, permits, and compliance matters
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HR & Admin managerial role
- Recruitment Skills: Able to handle full recruitment process including pre-selection, interviews, reporting
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, policies, appraisals, and training systems
- Admin Skills: Experienced in maintenance, purchasing, store handling, asset record-keeping
- Government Liaison: Capable of managing renewals, compliance, and fee payments with govt. offices
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and reporting systems
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Nepali
- Personality Traits: Responsible, proactive, result-oriented, loyal, and ethical
- Additional: Not a routine job-seeker; must be a performer and long-term contributor
