Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine tests on raw milk, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in all lab procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory results and findings
  • Operate and calibrate lab instruments and equipment
  • Report deviations or inconsistencies to the Quality Control Manager
  • Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Monitor environmental conditions in production areas (e.g., temperature, humidity)

 

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of laboratory experience in a food or dairy processing environment (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may apply)
  • Knowledge of laboratory best practices, food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000), and microbiological testing
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
