Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment, including pasteurizers, homogenizers, and separators.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Keep accurate production records and report any deviations or faults.
- Work closely with quality control and maintenance teams.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a dairy processing plant or food manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of dairy processing operations and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
