Job Description

Engage with customers to introduce and explain our digital payment solutions.
Sell prepaid cards to the customers and explain its usability
Assist new users with setting up and activating their payment cards.
Provide guidance on how to add funds to cards and ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, card activations, and transactions.
Offer excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Report daily activities and customer feedback to your manager.

Job Specification

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge to use mobile applications
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field operations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of digital payments and fintech solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency in using mobile devices or digital systems for record-keeping.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
