Job Description

Features Studios is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account & Admin Officer to serve as the operational backbone of our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and can efficiently support both internal teams and external clients. The role acts as a key link between account management, finance, and daily operations, ensuring smooth financial and administrative processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Client Support

  • Process client invoices and payments and follow up on accounts receivable in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly client billing reports in coordination with Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and accounting systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of client budgets, proposals, and contract documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client billing-related inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Support the account management team with project administration, including purchase orders and vendor payments related to client projects.

Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Arrange travel and logistics for staff when required.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, account, and creative teams.
  • Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and team activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors and service providers (IT support, utilities, maintenance, etc.).
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in accounts, administration, or a similar role (experience in a creative or service-based company is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting/CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
