Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and extroverted Customer Relations Officer / Customer Service Representative (Female) with a strong background in BPO, excellent communication skills in English, and proven knowledge in sales and customer handling. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, quick in typing, and proficient in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, or chat with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Promote products/services and generate leads or sales as required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using computer systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel and other software tools.
- Use Outlook for professional communication and calendar scheduling.
- Provide follow-up support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Office Time: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Previous experience working in a BPO or call center environment.
- Sales and customer service background preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Computer literate: Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and fast typing.
- Confident and outgoing personality (Extrovert).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
