Sales and Marketing

Everest School Uniform Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to promote the company's school uniform products, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with schools and institutional clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify potential customers, implement marketing strategies, and contribute to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, and potential clients to generate business.
• Promote school uniform products and explain product features, quality, and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, suppliers, and existing customers.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

• Minimum +2 qualification; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with schools and institutional clients.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client visits when required.
• Good organizational and customer relationship management skills.
