Sales Officer

Hamro Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking two energetic, motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Officers to support vehicle sales and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills, be comfortable creating social media content, and have a strong interest in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up with prospective buyers.

• Support vehicle sales activities and work toward achieving assigned sales targets.

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Create, edit, and publish engaging videos and promotional content to promote vehicles and sales campaigns.

• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.

• Coordinate with team members to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

• Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and accountability while performing assigned duties.

• Stay updated on vehicle features, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Candidates with a relevant academic background are preferred.

• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and digital marketing may apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Clear speech, an engaging voice tone, and effective presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
