Job Description
The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, leading the sales and CRM teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves managing VIP/corporate clients, driving lead generation, supervising sales activities, and ensuring vehicles and showroom standards are well-maintained. The manager coordinates closely with the head office on stock, branding, and promotional strategies, resolves customer issues, prepares sales reports, and handles essential administrative tasks. Additionally, the role supports staff hiring, training, scheduling, and overall performance management to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain smooth operational workflow.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily showroom operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team, CRM team, and support staff to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle special/VIP/corporate clients, ensuring high-quality customer experience and personalized service.
- Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, business networks, digital channels, and corporate outreach.
- Conduct daily sales briefings, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching for team members.
- Manage customer inquiries, test drives, product demonstrations, and sales closure processes.
- Ensure all vehicles on display are well-maintained—clean, charged, and presentation-ready.
- Coordinate closely with the Head office representative regarding stock allocations, branding, campaigns, pricing, and compliance.
- Participate in planning and executing sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing events.
- Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks, including documentation, inventory coordination, scheduling, and record management.
- Use dealership tools and software systems such as CRM tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, etc.
- Support in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree, Master's(preferred) in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in automobile sales, operations or showroom supervision.
- Experience handling EV brands will be an advantage.
- Age: 26–40 years preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Should be available for weekend duties, if required.
