Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-friendly Public Relations Officer (PRO) who will act as the communication bridge between the company, candidates, government offices (like DoFE), embassies, and foreign clients. The PRO plays a vital role in maintaining our company’s reputation and ensuring smooth processing of foreign employment approvals and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in government offices, embassies, medical centers, and other external institutions.
- Follow up on documentation approvals from the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE), MOFA, and embassies.
- Liaise with foreign clients, candidates, and concerned stakeholders on behalf of the company.
- Assist in solving issues related to candidate documentation, deployment, or embassy clearances.
- Deliver or collect important documents from clients, government authorities, and service providers.
- Provide support during interviews, medicals, orientations, and candidate mobilization.
- Maintain strong public and professional relationships with relevant authorities and organizations.
- Ensure timely updates to internal teams on document or approval statuses.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 plus years experience in a similar PRO or field role (experience in a manpower company is a strong advantage).
- Good understanding of foreign employment procedures and related government offices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Nepali and English.
- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
