Job Description

Position Overview

Digi Group is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to serve as the primary liaison for clients across our diverse business verticals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, ensuring client success, and contributing to business growth through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across all Digi Group companies.

  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with efficiency, precision, and professionalism.

  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, solution-oriented manner.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, technical, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the client experience and promote additional offerings.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Digi Group's core offerings in education, technology, healthcare, and global partnerships.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on client satisfaction, account performance, and service delivery metrics.

  • Attend client meetings, virtual sessions, and check-ins to ensure high engagement and alignment.

 

Job Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or relationship management role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction and conflict resolution.

  • Proficiency in IT tools and platforms; knowledge of educational technology is highly desirable.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and client-first mindset.

Preferred Traits

  • Experience working with clients in education, tech, healthcare, or international partnerships.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success tools.

  • Ability to analyze client data and identify patterns for improvement and upselling.
