Job Description
Position Overview
Digi Group is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to serve as the primary liaison for clients across our diverse business verticals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, ensuring client success, and contributing to business growth through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across all Digi Group companies.
Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with efficiency, precision, and professionalism.
Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, technical, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the client experience and promote additional offerings.
Maintain a deep understanding of Digi Group's core offerings in education, technology, healthcare, and global partnerships.
Provide regular reports and updates on client satisfaction, account performance, and service delivery metrics.
Attend client meetings, virtual sessions, and check-ins to ensure high engagement and alignment.
Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or relationship management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in IT tools and platforms; knowledge of educational technology is highly desirable.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and client-first mindset.
Preferred Traits
Experience working with clients in education, tech, healthcare, or international partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success tools.
Ability to analyze client data and identify patterns for improvement and upselling.
