Job Description

Connect Australian Education is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Field Coordinator to support the execution of our on-ground marketing and outreach activities. This role involves distributing promotional materials, engaging with educational institutions, supporting field campaigns, and providing coordination between the office and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in field marketing while contributing to the growth and visibility of an educational consultancy brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and letters to schools, colleges, and other educational partners across Kathmandu Valley
Plan and maintain a daily route of visits to target institutions and ensure consistent outreach
Record feedback and responses from institutions and provide timely reporting to the marketing team
Assist in organizing and executing field campaigns, info sessions, or promotional events
Maintain strong and professional relationships with external stakeholders during field visits
Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed within the office
Ensure that all marketing activities are conducted in alignment with the company’s branding and guidelines

Job Specification

Minimum education: +2 pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Prior experience in field marketing, distribution, or outreach roles is a plus
Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley and willingness to travel daily
Basic communication skills in Nepali and English
Professional appearance and behavior when representing the company
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting via mobile or desktop apps)
Must be self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
Owning a two-wheeler is preferred (with travel allowance provided as per policy)
