Job Title: Call for Roster Applications for Human Resource

Type of Contract: Individual 

Deadline: 10th January 2024

Call for Roster Applications:

The roster will serve as a pool of potential candidates for current and upcoming projects, events, and initiatives. We are seeking individuals with expertise in the following position:

1. Program Coordinator – Education System Strengthening

  • Relevant degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field with Proven 5 years of experience in education, policy dialoged and related issues
  • work experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team
  • Good knowledge in education system of Nepal including policy and provision of education
  • Proven ability to manage risks and promote governance to contribute on strategic outcomes
  • Experience working with children protection & right, gender base violence, like skill training nutrition and health.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)

2.Program Coordinator – Livelihood and Market System

  • Bachelor in agriculture or relevant subject or social science and having the 5 years of experience in livelihood and marketing related program
  • Experience on budgeting, planning and monitoring at program activities
  • Good knowledge of public private partnership approach
  • Skill in marketing, business plan and entrepreneurship 
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)

3. Program Coordinator- Child protection and Gender Base Violence

  • Bachelor in social science or relevant subject having the 5 years of experience in GBV, child protection and right related program
  • Experience working with children protection & right, gender base violence, like skill training, nutrition and health.
  • Well experience and knowledge on RUPANTARAN package, GBV, protection related policy and provision of LG/Province and Nation government
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)

4. Program Coordinator - Climate Change, Resilience and Adaptation and DRR

  • Relevant degree in Climate Change, Geography, Social Sciences or related field
  • Proven 5 years of experience in climate change projects, research, policy, advocacy and related issues
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
  • Good knowledge on LAPA/CAPA

5. Program Coordinator- Good Governance

  • Relevant degree in Social Sciences, Development, Management or related field
  • Proven 5 years of experience in research, policy, advocacy and related issues
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
