Job Description

Job Summary:

The Corporate Relations Officer is responsible for managing and growing corporate client relationships, ensuring timely renewals and payments, and identifying opportunities for upselling broadband and value-added services. The role involves strategic outreach, client retention, account management, and maintaining strong partnerships to support long-term business growth.

 

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential corporate clients for broadband and enterprise solutions.
  • Ensure consistent client engagement to retain existing accounts and build loyalty.
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide continuous service support.

Agreement Renewal & Documentation

  • Track contract expiration dates and initiate timely renewal discussions.
  • Ensure agreements are updated, signed, and stored as per compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and approvals.

Payment Collection

  • Follow up with corporate clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to manage billing cycles and resolve payment disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to upgrade client plans or offer value-added services (e.g., higher bandwidth, static IP, enterprise solutions).
  • Present customized proposals based on evolving client needs and usage patterns.
  • Achieve upselling targets as set by management.

Corporate Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Represent the company at business events, expos, and industry forums.

Reporting & CRM Updates

  • Maintain updated records in the CRM system including client profiles, interactions, and deal stages.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports on renewals, collections, upselling activities, and client feedback.
