Job Description
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing information about our retail showrooms.
- Efficiently detail product and discount factor.
- Entry inventory, issue bill and quotations.
- Cash handling, entry of bills and deposit in banks.
- Social media handling.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct product or service presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
- Customize sales pitches based on the unique needs of each client.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Provide feedback of customers to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
- Prepare MIS report on time and regular.
Job Specification
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have billing software knowledge ie. OMS.
- Knowledge of interior decoration will add value.
