Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area. You will be the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.

Job Specification
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
