1] Branch Manager (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) 
Location: Biratnagar
Required Number: 1

This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess an ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
At least 10 years of banking experience with at least 4 years of experience in Credit/Relationship Management;
Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade;
Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.

2] Recovery Officers (Officer/ Senior Officer)
Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: Few

This position requires the candidate to be responsible to effectively manage loan recoveries from the Central level & co-ordinate with the branches & regional offices in terms of intact loan recoveries of the bank

Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably having experience in the area of lending; ideally in a recovery and/ or collection area shall be preferred.
Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade;
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

3] Credit Approval Officers (Junior Officer/ Senior Officer)
Location: (Mechi, Koshi, Sagarmatha, Janakpur, Narayani, Bagmati, Gandaki, Dhaulagiri, Lumbini, Bheri, Karnali, Rapti, Seti, Mahakali Regions).
Required Number: Few

The candidate must have an ability to strengthen and facilitate aggressive growth of risk assets and up-keeping the bank's credit cum compliance standards. Candidate must have orientation towards detailed credit assessment, excellent written/ spoken communication skills in an environment fostering independent credit assessment function of the bank.
 
Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Chartereed Accountants;
Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in relationship/credit/credit risk management,/ credit analysis/ credit approval. Preference shall be given to candidates having experince in both credit and business function;

4] Service Excellence Officers (Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer)
Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: Few

This position is responsible to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service level of the bank. The candidate should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to enhance the quality of service delivery to excellent level.

Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
Minimum 5 years of banking experience with relevant experience in service delivery sectors in a commercial bank or related field;
Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade;
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

5] Human Resource Officers (Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer)
Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: Few

The candidate is responsible towards the fulfillment of the bank's objectives, along with a positive attitude, desire to excel to learn, motivate the team members to contribute towards the healthy functioning of the department.

Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree with specialization with human resource management from a reputed institution;
At least 4-5 years of banking experience with relevant experience in commercial bank or any renowned organization in terms of excellent people management;
Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade;
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

6] Service Excellence Officers (Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer)
Location: (Mechi, Koshi, Sagarmatha, Janakpur, Narayani, Bagmati, Gandaki, Dhaulagiri, Lumbini, Bheri, Karnali, Rapti, Seti, Mahakali Regions).
Required Number: Few

This position is responsible to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service level of the bank.  The candidate should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to enhance the quality of service delivery to excellent level.

Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
Minimum 5 years of banking experience with relevant experience in service delivery sectors in a commercial bank or related field;

7] Recovery Officers (Supervisor/ Junior Officer)
Location: (Mechi, Koshi, Sagarmatha, Janakpur, Narayani, Bagmati, Gandaki, Dhaulagiri, Lumbini, Bheri, Karnali, Rapti, Seti, Mahakali Regions).
Required Number: Few

This position requires the candidate to be responsible to effictively manage loan recoveries of regional offices located at both inside and outside valley regions.

Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably having experience in area of lending, ideally in recovery and/or collection area shall be preferred.
Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade;
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates.
