Civil Bank Limited, a Class “A” Commercial Bank of Nepal, requires a pool of competent Human Resources for its sustainable growth objectives to be achieved through controlled aggression and seeks applications for the following positions from competent Nepalese candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, high professional standards and integrity for its existing and upcoming Branches spread across the country:

Branch Manager- 21 Positions (Position Code: CBL-BM-01-2018)
Level: Officer Level (01/02/03)

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least 3 years of banking experience in Credit, Sales and Operations.
• Candidates need to be acquainted with overall credit, sales and operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively, demonstrating a strong sense of work ethics, drive and common sense with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.

Officer- Integrated Risk Management- 3 Positions (Position Code: CBL-OIRM-02-2018)
Level: Officer Level (01/03)

Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Credit/Risk/Relationship/ Operations Functions.

Compliance Officer- 2 Positions (Position Code: CBL-00-03-2018)
Level: Officer Level (01/03)
Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Compliance/ Legal Functions.

Remittance Officer- 1 Position (Position Code: CBL-Rem0-04-2018)
Level: Officer Level (03)
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in remittance (Domestic/International).

Relationship Manager- 32 Positions (Position Code: CBL-RM-05-2018)
Level: Assistant Level (S4), Officer Level (01/02)
Experience: At least 3 years for Officer and 2 years for Assistant Level of banking experience in Credit and Sales.

Chartered Accountant (Internal Audit/Finance/Accounts) – 8 Positions (Position Code: CBL-CA-06-2018)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Completion of CA
•  Preference shall be given to candidates having at least 2/3 years of relevant experience in banking sector.

Officer- CEO’s Office – 1 Position (Position Code: CBL-0C-07-2018)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in secretarial job.
• Preference shall be given to candidate having experience working in a similar position in a banking sector.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Candidates should be responsible for supporting high-level executives and provide administrative support.
• Candidates need to have pleasant personality and be able to work under pressure.

Operation In-Charge: 20 Positions (Position Code: CBL-01-08-2018)
Level: Assistant Level (S2/S3/S4), Officer Level (01)
Experience: At least 3 years for Officer and 2 years for Assistant Level of banking experience in Core Operations.

R & D Officer- 1 Position (Position Code: CBL-RDO-09-2018)
Level: Officer Level (01)
Experience: At least 3 years of related experience in Research and Development.

Branch Establishment Officer- 2 Positions (Position Code: CBL-E0-10-2018)
Level: Officer Level (01)
Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Branch Establishment.

Legal Officer- 2 Positions (Position Code: CBL-L0-11-2018)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor Level in Law from a recognized university/college. Preference shall be given to candidates completing Master’s Degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of banking experience in Legal Department.

Bancassurance Officer- 1 Position (Position Code: CBL-BO-12-2018)

Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Insurance/Bancassurance.

Marketing Officer- 12 Positions (Position Code: CBL-MO-13-2018)
Level: Assistant Level (S4), Officer Level (01)
Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience in Deposit/Liability Management /Transaction Banking function in BFIs.

Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) – 7 Positions (Position Code: CBL-ARO-14-2018)
Level: Assistant Level (52/53)
Experience: At least 2 years of banking experience in Credit and Sales.

CAD Assistant – 4 Positions (Position Code: CBL-CAD-15-2018)
Level: Assistant Level (S2)
Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience in Credit/Credit Administration.

Operations Assistant – 10 Positions (Position Code: CBL-OA-16-2018)
Level: Assistant Level (S1)
Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience in Operations and Sales.

Minimum criteria for applied positions:

1. Officer Level: 21 to 40 Years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 45 years as of last date of vacancy notice. Bachelors Level from recognized university/college for all positions. Preference shall be given to management graduates or equivalent.

2. Assistant Level: 18 to 30 Years for male candidates and for female candidate age should not exceed 35 years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Intermediate Level from a recognized university/college.

Applications without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA for each level of degree from SLC/equivalent onwards shall be automatically disqualified. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for further selection process (interview). The bank reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
