Motion Graphics Designer/Artist

Job Location: Kathmandu District , Kathmandu -Mahakavi Marg, Dilibazar

Experience : 3 years

Job Description

  • Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
  • Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications 
  • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity 
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects 
  • Create rough and final cuts 
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running 
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.  

Job Specification

  • Degree or running in Fine Arts/ IT or equivalent certifications with proven work experience as a motion graphic designer and video editor for 2-3 years 
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools ) 
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio 
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity 
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing

We’re searching for an experienced Event and PR Manager to help us maintain our reputation for memorable events by managing the production from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing superb client service at every turn. This role demands an expert in all aspects of event, meeting, and conference planning, including cost containment, venue scouting, equipment logistics, room setup, and a wealth of best practices. S/He will also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities to meet quality expectations. The best fit for our company is an event planner who can manage the daily details with big-picture thinking to ensure truly unique experiences. 

Objectives of this Role 

  • Manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadlines and budget demands 
  • Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events 
  • Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning, design, and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges 
  • To manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness. 
  • To maintain good rapport and keep a pool of details with and of media, especially like online and offline news portals, journalists, YouTubers, tiktokers, celebrities, artists 

Responsibilities 

  • Plan and executive all types of online and offline events all over Nepal 
  • Responsible for sponsorships including preparing and sending proposals to various organizations, meeting with potential sponsors in person, and getting the deal done. 
  • Coordinate with all levels of internal staff, clients, vendors, and others to establish needs for events, and serve as liaison to senior-level executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process 
  • Research resources, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings when necessary to help concerned staff make decisions about event design 
  • Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials 
  • Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases 
  • Maintain a good rapport and network with industry contacts, vendors, clients, sponsors, and venues 
  • Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day 
  • Advertise our company and products/services on various media 
  • Plan interviews and press conferences 
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates 
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness 
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams 
  • Approach media outlets to negotiate advertising opportunities. 
  • Representing the organization at press conferences, interviews, etc. 
  • Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media 
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis 

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree and above with at least 3-5 years in managing various events 
  • Proven success as an event manager/planner or coordinator 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Experience in maintaining and building enriching business relationships 
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions

Job Description

  • Plan the concept for the chroma shoot and instruct the video presenter creatively as per the need of content.
  • Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues for quality video output.
  • Film videos/photos on set and on location. Creative and technical direction during production. 
  • Technical understanding to operate, configure and set up audio, lighting, camera or other production equipment. 
  • Planning of video shoot for various events. 
  • Direction of production from concept to video shoot. 
  • Edit footages. 
  • Other video shoots like office programs, seminars, trainings for group of companies 
  • All kinds of photography as and when needed by management members from across group of companies
