4. Academic qualification: Graduated minimum academic qualification assigned by loksewa aayog with registry/renewal of related council for Vaidhya/Kaviraj position and SLC/SEE pass with training/experience in related for office helper position
5. Age: Not exceeding 18 to 45 years for Vaidhya/Kaviraj and 18 to 40 years for office helper (additional 5 years for female candidates)
6. Application fee: Rs.400/- for vaidhya/kaviraj and Rs.300/- for office helper, candidates should submit aaplication voucher paid at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Code no. 3500235023 of District Ayurved Health Centre, revenue title no.: 14229
7. Documents to be submitted with application: Application fee voucher, copy of academic qualification certificates, copy of citizenship, copy of renewed certificate of council registration, copy of certificate of training and experience related to ayurved or any subject related to ayurved
8. All the documents should be self verified and candidates should be self present with all the original documents during interview
9. Interview date, time and location will be notified next day after application submission last date at office
