Sanima Life Insurance Company Ltd is an emerging Insurance company providing various life insurance products and services through its network across Nepal. We invite highly motivated and result oriented Nepalese Citizens to apply for job positions for its Corporate Office & Regional Offices.

Position: Chief Finance Officer – 1
Qualifications: A professional qualification in accounting such as FCA, CA, or Master’s Degree (MBA/MBS) with a minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in managerial level in Insurance & Banking Sector.

Position: Head- Human Resources Department – 1
Qualifications: Minimum Master’s Degree (MBA/MBS) with specialization in HR and a minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Department with at least 3 years in managerial level in Insurance & Banking Sector.

Position: Regional Manager- For Province: 2 & 4
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred) with 3-4 years of experience in the related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of life insurance products.
• Proven record of achieving the business target.
• Set, monitor, and meet personal & group business targets.
• Ability to communicate well, motivate and guide the team members.
• Confident in training agents and corporate organizations.
