1. Head Strategic Support Unit (up to Assistant Manager)

Academic Qualification Criteria:

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field, Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.

Experience Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution with a good understanding of business processes strategy formulation as well as implementation.
• Experience to lead, guiding, and integrate strategic planning processes and organizational goal development

Other Competencies

Proven experience and skill in examining and re-engineering operational procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

• Good knowledge of international banking business products and practices.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to provide direction and integrative coordination in planning, development, and implementation of a strategy to achieve goals across all functions of the Bank.
• Coordination skills with other functional heads for implementing strategic initiatives.

Scope 

• Formulation of specific Strategic Projects related to business, operations & control functions in coordination with the function heads.
• Implement approved strategies within the specific timeline agreed.
• Monitor such strategic projects so as to ensure timely completion.
• Review internal & external strategic premises & suggest the Bank generate a competitive edge as well as USP.

2. Head Compliance (up to Assistant Manager)

Academic Qualification Criteria

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field, Accountancy shall be an added advantage.

Experience Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution with a good understanding of compliance & risk management practices.
• Prior experience in designing an effective compliance framework for a Bank shall be an added advantage.

Other Competencies

• Should have sound knowledge on Anti-Money Laundering, Corporate Governance and
• Conflict of interest to support business decision-making.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to inform and educate employees, and also to file correct and accurate compliance reports with regulating agencies.
• Ability to inform, educate, and train employees on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices.
• Ability to formulate comprehensive compliance checklist and provide periodic reports, flags.
• Ability to contribute to the automation of compliance functions.
• Should possess good interpersonal as well as coaching/mentoring skills.

Scope 

• Design & implement a Robust Compliance framework commensurate to Bank’s Operation.
• Ensure that business operations adhere to the compliance framework of the Bank.
• Carry out reviews at appropriate frequencies to assess compliance with regulatory rules and internal standards.
• Monitor, follow-up, and report compliance status of on-site examination periodically to
• concerned authorities.
• Periodically flag compliance, potential noncompliance to take immediate action.
• handle official meetings, communication, correspondence, and responses to all Statutory Bodies.
