Job Description
- Review Accounting Reports and Reconciliations.
- Finalization of Periodical Accounts and Review MIS.
- Prepare Financial Statements.
- Prepare Projected Financial Statements.
- Preparing management reports as required.
- Analysing and reporting of customer and vendor aging and other reports.
- Preparing plan for monthly cash flow.
- Comparing of sales, production, inventory, etc. to targets and standards.
- Conducting ratio analysis of various Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Attend Tax Office for various representations.
- Review and finalise VAT and TDS filings.
- Carrying out of appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner.
- Any additional work given by management as and when required.
Job Specification
- At least two years or above of experience in the account or finance or audit department of a service sector company.
- Driving License of Two-Wheeler.
- Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through accounting software.
- Should be able to use various accounting software.
- Should be able to properly Manage assigned Work and Report Accordingly.
- Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Should have good knowledge of Income tax, TDS, VAT, banking transaction.
- Fluent in both English and Nepali.
- Should be good in Nepali as well as English writing.
- Should have knowledge of MS Office, Email and Internet Tools.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should have experience of working with team.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have analytical, mathematical and calculations skills.
