Job Description
Bindu Hardware & Sanitary (BHS) – Nepal’s Largest Multi-brand Showroom – is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Officers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in retail sales within the construction and home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting hardware and sanitary products.
- Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable options.
- Maintain in-store displays and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Record and update customer inquiries, sales, and orders in the system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and billing departments for timely deliveries.
Stay updated with product features, prices, and offers.
Job Specification
- +2 / Intermediate level completed (Bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about hardware and sanitary products.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems is a plus).
