Job Description

Bhagya Laxmi International is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining account books, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and accounting systems.
Organize, file, and maintain all receipts, vouchers, and supporting financial documents systematically.
Prepare and manage company accounts, ensuring correctness and completeness.
Ensure accuracy of all financial records, receipts, and statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and legal regulations.
Prepare monthly financial summaries, reports, and statements for management review.
Analyze financial data and suggest necessary financial actions or improvements.
Support audits and respond to accounting or financial queries as required.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (running candidates may apply).
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar accounting role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
