- Welcome visitors, students, parents, and staff with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting reception area.
- Provide information about the college, its programs, and facilities to prospective students and visitors.
- Assist students and visitors in completing necessary forms and documents.
- Handle student inquiries and direct them to appropriate college resources.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews for college staff and faculty.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and other college staff.
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update student and visitor records and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all front office documentation.
- Monitor the entry and exit of individuals to ensure campus security protocols are followed.
- Act promptly in case of emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- A sense of responsibility and dedication to providing excellent service.
- Applicant must have a minimum height of 5.4 feet.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
