Position: Senior HR Officer (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Responsible for handling hiring process and conducting training for new employees. 
• Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
• Experience using applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems including filing of policy documents and human resource related documents.
• Manage CIT related matters as applicable on behalf of the company.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.

Job Specification

• 3 years of progressive experience as a Human Resource Officer
• Capable of managing and running human resource and general administration units independently.
• People oriented and results-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as as a team player.

Note:

• Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
