Job Description
The Study Abroad Counselor at Goreto Consultancy guides students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries for overseas study. The role includes preparing and processing admission and visa documents, ensuring compliance with institutional and embassy requirements, coordinating application and visa progress, and providing post-offer and pre-departure support to students.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students on abroad study options, course selection, universities, and country requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and submit student documents for admissions, visas, and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with embassy, university, and immigration documentation standards.
- Coordinate with students, institutions, and embassies to track application and visa status.
- Maintain accurate student records, reports, and provide post-offer or pre-departure guidance.
Job Specification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
